It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hazel Medeiros of Coventry, Rhode Island, born in West Warwick, Rhode Island, who passed away on September 1, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph S. Medeiros; her parents, Frank Sousa and Clara Sousa (Frates); and her sisters, Dorothy Rogers, Lillian Rebella and Lydia Vadeboncoeur.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen J Medeiros (Lynn) and Sandra A. Gelineau (Michael) of Coventry; and her brother Ronald F. Sousa of Coventry. She is also survived by four grandsons, a granddaughter, a step-granddaughter, and many great-grandchildren.
