He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Calande and Blondine Calande (Dubeau); and also, Roger (late Shirley), Armand (late Helen) and Paul Calande.
He is survived by: his son Raymond (Lourdes); his grandchildren, Nicole and Mariel; his daughter Carolann Calande; his grandchildren, James Ballard and Jennifer Pennington; his siblings, Ernest, Marguerite Calande and Jeannine; and his niece Renee Pollan. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM at the Iannotti Funeral Home (2000 Nooseneck Hill Rd, Coventry, RI 02816). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saints John & Paul Church (341 S Main St, Coventry, RI 02816).
