With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Kochien of Coventry, Rhode Island, born in Clearfield, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 28, 2021 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Sophie T. Kochien (Kania); his parents, Andrew Kechisen and Mary Podaliski Kechisen; and his sister Mary Victoria. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth G. Kochien (Paula) of Plymouth, NH and Patricia A. Johnson (Steven) of West Greenwich; his grandchildren, James, Katherine, Anna Kochien, Kimberly Donall (Johann) and Andrew Johnson; and his siblings, Michael Kechisen, Katherine Sivi, Anna Gonos, Stanley, Joseph, Andrew, John and Anthony Kechisen.
