With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George G. Chretien of Coventry, Rhode Island, born in Fall River, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 4, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his spouse Exilda T. Chretien (Loiselle); and his siblings, Rita Martineau, Henry, Lucien, Roger, Colette and Georgette Chretien.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Chretien (Mary Jo), Robert Chretien, Claire Fortier (Jim), Jeanne Chretien, Norman Chretien, Donald Chretien (Karen), Janet Baker (Jim) and Paul Chretien (Darlene); his sister Edna Beaulieu; and his grandchildren, Justine Anaya (Gavin), Julia Chretien, Kayla Chretien (Jakob), Eric Fortier, Drew Chretien (Jen), Emily Chretien (Kelly) and Michelle Leach (Brad). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
