With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George P. Asselin of Coventry, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 23, 2024 at the age of 83. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of George P. Asselin to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Asselin and Blanche Asselin (Riel); and his siblings, Paul Morrisette, Lucien, Roland, Edward, Raymond Asselin and Lea Clarke.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen (Mann); his children, Greg Asselin (Melissa), Jenna, Angel and Olivia Asselin; his grandchildren, Andrew Buonanno, Kayla Mauldin and Britny Ward; and his sister Cecile (Roger L'Heureux). He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 62 Pleasant Street, West Warwick, RI 02893 in his memory would be appreciated.
