Fred Perry M.D. Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Perry and Anna E. Perry (Dusza); his sibling Francis "Frank" J. Perry Jr.; and his nephew Keith K. Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Carol L. Perry (Anderson); his children, Fred Joseph "Joe" Perry (Jeff Janelle) of Coventry, Pamela "Pam" Anne Jackson of Coventry, Patricia Lee Perry (Fred Bibeau) of Coventry and James Michael "Jim" Perry (Sukanya) of Coventry; his grandchildren, Ben, Teddy, Ryan, Chris, Frankie, Joshua and Jonathan; his siblings, William F. Perry (Charlene) of Barefoot Bay, FL and P. E. (Elizabeth); and his nephew Justin F. Perry. He is also survived by four god children, seven nieces, five nephews and many cousins.
