He was predeceased by: his wife Rita R. Rathbun (Blanchette); his parents, Elmer J. Rathbun and Dorothy C. Rathbun (Breault); and his brothers, David A. Rathbun, Donald J. Rathbun and Robert F. Rathbun.
He is survived by: his children, Frank E. Rathbun Jr., Cynthia S. Rathbun, Jeannie Mathewson (John), Keri Lacaillade and Brenda Deangelis; and his great grandchild Nyah Rose. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
