He was predeceased by: his father Frank A. Cannao Sr.; and his son Frank "Frankie" III. He is survived by: his wife Tonya Goodhart-Cannao; his mother Linda J. Cannao (Travis); his children, Kameron, Kyra, Damien, Keiana, Kailani, Austin and Leah; his grandchild Jaxson; his brothers, Joseph Cannao (David) and Nicholas Cannao (Kerrie); and his father-in-law Peter Goodhart (Kimberly). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, friends, and his canine companion.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to assist Frankie's family can be collected during his visiting hours.
