He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth E. Perry (Martinelli); his son Justin F. Perry; and his parents, Frank J. Perry and Anna E. Perry (Dusza). He is survived by: his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Meghan and Daniel; his children, Stephanie A. Enos (Craig) of Barrington, Francis J. Perry of Coventry and Jason S. Perry (Amy) of Coventry; and his brothers, Dr. Fred "Ted" Perry (Carol) of Coventry and William F. Perry (Charlene) of Melbourne, Florida.. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
