She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest E. Braxton and Theda Braxton (Meada); and her daughter Angelique Braxton. She is survived by: her daughter Lena Braxton; her siblings, Ernest Braxton, Rosemary Chattelle, Maggie Babulsky Braxton and Leslie Collard; and her grandchildren, Unique Batista, Alexzandro Batista, Stephanie Braxton, Erica House, Haywood House Jr. and Bianca Perry.
