He is survived by: his children, James Schenck, David Schenck and Veronica Schenck; his sisters, Ann Fowler, Cecile Richer, Evon Lawton, Ilene Gasboro and Evette Oaks; and his grandchildren, Quanika, Teeana, Derriana, Brasila, Isabella and Briana.
