He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Ouellette and Josephine Ouellette (Valliere); and his sister Theresa Rajotte. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ouellette (Leander); his children, Deborah A. Robbins (Michael) of Anchorage, AK, Edward J. Ouellette (Margie) of Coventry, Michael Ouelette (late Marilyn) of West Warwick, Mary Lyons of East Greenwich and Charlene Ouellette of Coventry; and his brother Lionel Ouellette. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Monday, March 22, 2021 from 9:00-10:00 am in St. Anthony Church, 10 Sunset Avenue, West Warwick followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am (All State Covid-19 guidelines will be observed).
In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959 in his memory would be appreciated.
