He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward A. Nelson Jr. and Elizabeth Nelson (Fairhurst); his children, Paul Nelson, Jamie Nelson and Jaclyn Nelson (Melissa Nelson); his grandson Grayson Nelson; and his sister Beverly Carpenter of Wisconsin.
