He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank K. Regnault and Aniela Regnault (Suivat). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Regnault (Ferrucci); his children, Stephen, Joseph Regnault and Renee Trotta-Kettelle (Brad); and his stepchildren, Carol Sousa, Louis Dias and James Dias. He is also survived by 2 nephews and 2 nieces.

Due to pandemic restrictions, Edmund's burial with full military honors at Rhode Island Veterans will be private.
