With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas Moriarty (Coventry, Rhode Island), who passed away on February 21, 2018 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Merlin Moriarty; and his siblings, Lawrence Kibby and Eleanor Riggs. He is survived by: his spouse Susan Moriarty (Richardson); his parent Ida Moriarty (Senor); his children, Judy Gil (Manny), Laurie Moriarty, Peggy Simmons (Bruce) and Thad Moriarty (Caroline); his sister Geraldine Moriarty; and his grandchildren, Melissa Gil, Erica Dupre, Michael DiFranco, Ryan DiFranco, George Simmons, Joshua Simmons, Laura Bradbury, Rebecca Joyal and Chris Moriarty. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
