She was predeceased by: her husband John A. Pogonowski; her parents, Ralph Olney and Madeline Olney (DeMars); her brother Ralph Onley, Jr.; and her son-in-law Norman Izzard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol A. Izzard of Greenville and Joan D. Grenga (Frank) of North Providence; her grandchildren, Robert Reilly, Roxanne Santos, Russ Reilly, Barry Grenga and Scott Grenga; her great grandchildren, Brandon, Jordan Reilly, Joshua, Joseph Santos, Aleksander and Padraic Reilly; her sisters, Barbara Leclerc of West Warwick and Lorraine Dowoit of West Warwick; and her sister-in-law Marguerite Onley of North Scituate.
