He was predeceased by: his significant other Bob Tuttle; and also Marie Roderick (Payette). He is survived by: his brother Richard Payette (Jill) of Coventry; his children, Robert of Cranston, John of Gloucester, MA and Lisa McDermott (Richard) of Charlestown; his grandchildren, Timothy, Kelsey, Olivia Payette of Scituate, Ryan McDermott (Maria) and Brittany Swain (Michael) of Richmond; and his children, Elias, Andre Swain and Aria McDermott.
