He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his son Harry Elgar Jr. (Jessica); his grandchild Skylar Elgar of Woonsocket; his children, Joshua Silva of Coventry and Meagan Silva of Coventry; and his brothers, Mark Silva (Vivian) of Warren, David Silva (Karen) of Rehoboth and Jason Silva (Michael) of Arizona.
The military honors will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Ri Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
