He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur J. Noel and Mary A. Noel (Price); and his brother Arthur Noel. He is survived by: his daughter Jane L. Long (Robert) of Coventry; his stepchildren, John A. Spirito (Denise) of Somerset, MA, James A. Spirito of Cranston and Sheryl A. Spirito of Coventry; his grandchildren, Michael Marzilli of Plainfield, CT, Lonnie Marzilli of Cranston, Elisha Coolen and Dominic Bianco of Coventry; and his siblings, Virginia Wender of Wading River, NY, Frederick Noel, Helen Kane, Dorothy Powell, Esther Brown and Mary Harkins.
