He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick J. McHugh and Elsie McHugh (Dinosky); his grandson Kyle; and his sibling Francis "Hank". He is survived by: his wife Celia "Peachy" A. McHugh (Davidson); his children, Lindelle Jones, Michael McHugh and Lori Guthrie (Scott); his grandchildren, Brad Jones, Sarah Gilkenson, Erin and Seyward Guthrie; his great grandchild Liam Guthrie; and his siblings, Madeline Fryberger, William "Billy" and John "Jack" McHugh. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
