With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dereck Fish (Coventry, Rhode Island), born in Warwick, Rhode Island, who passed away on September 20, 2019 at the age of 45. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dereck Fish to pay them a last tribute.
He is survived by: his parents, Barbara M. Flagg of North Kingstown and Lloyd S. Fish (Lorie Vieira) of Coventry; his brother Daryl Fish (Dawn) of Coventry; his nephews, Logan D. Fish and Jaxson L. Fish; his grandmother Ethel A. Flagg; his aunts, Judy Borland and Linda McCallum of Coventry; and his uncle David Fish. He is also survived by son, brother, friend and he adored his two nephews.
