With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Defusco Grace (Coventry, Rhode Island), born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 28, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony J. DeFusco; her parents, Michele Cocci and Victoria Cocci (Imondi); and her brothers, Joseph and John Cocci.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony J. DeFusco III of Cranston, Karen L. Tucker of Foster, Richard A. DeFusco of Warwick and Cheryl A. Hazelwood of West Greenwich; and her grandsons, Michael John and Nicholas Anthony Hazelwood.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made in Grace's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (http://www.stjude.org), would be appreciated.
