He was predeceased by: his father Donald Pearce Bailey, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Sharon D. Rowe (Charles "Chuck" Rowe); his children, Dylan Thomas Davis Bailey of Warwick and Shelby Grace Bailey of Warwick; and his stepsister Serena Rowe Mulligan.
