She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald W. Curtis and Patricia A. Curtis (Barton). She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey P. MacMullen of Coventry; and her children, Justin A. Curtis of Cranston, Shyanne L. Allan of Cranston and Shay-Lynn Allan of Coventry. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Cindy knew she did not lead the most accepted lifestyle but wanted to make this donation to help others that may have some of the same type of complications.
