She is survived by: her children, David Puchta (Diana) of Austin, Michelle Chin (Brian) of Queens and Bethany Cornell of Rhode Island; her siblings, Jean Kowalik (Robert) of Boonville, Sheila Collins of Coventry, Sandra Wright (Collins) of Texas, Sonja Mimms of Texas, Timothy Collins of Texas and Edward Johnson of Texas; and her grandchildren, Summer, Cayden, Kyla, Odin and Theodore.
