She was predeceased by: her father Jesse Jarrell. She is survived by: her husband Richard Hayes; her mother Ruth Jarrell (Johnson); her children, Jesse Michael, David Hayes and Tyler Hayes; her siblings, Wayne Jarrell, Donna Fenner and Gail Pitts; and her pets, Lilly, Levi and Sky.
