He was predeceased by: his parents, Winthrop Spencer and Edith Spencer (Rogers). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Spencer; his stepchildren, Michael Reinstein of San Francisco, CA and Sarah Reinstein of North Smithfield, RI; his sisters, Elizabeth Klein (Robert) of Bloomfield, CT and Carolyn Baker (Roger) of Rutland, VT; and his nephews, William Ivey, John Ivey, David Baker, Bruce Baker and Stephen Baker.
