He was predeceased by: his wife Jacqueline R. Miller (Lemoi); and his parents, William Miller and Della Miller (Medeiros). He is survived by: his children, Lisa M. Flynn (Ronald) of Coventry, Sam R. Miller (Jennifer) of Coventry and Raymond M. Miller of Fall River; and his siblings, William Miller of West Warwick, Cynthia Formasano of West Warwick and Francis Miller of Florida. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great-grandson.
