He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles M. McGowan Jr. and Edith M. McGowan (Quinlan); and his siblings, Carl E. McGowan, Marion C. Rougier and Dorothy E. Gilchrist (Edith E. Wright).
He is survived by: his stepson Joseph A. Dias of Coventry; his grandson Billy DeLuca of North Carolina; his sister Rita V. Chabot (Maureen H. Hawkins); and also Brenda A. McGowan (Faraone).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Iannotti Funeral Home (2000 Nooseneck Hill Rd, Coventry, RI 02816). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
