He is survived by: his children, Gayle Fazio (Mark), Charles C. Plumb, IV (Anne), Jennifer D'Alfonso (John) and Stephanie Plumb; and his grandchildren, Joshua Plumb, Chelsey Potter, Charles C. Plumb, John D'Alfonso, Jr., Richard D'Alfonso, Jacob Zuller, Mark Fazio, Jr., Elizabeth Plumb and Jaiden Goyette.
