He was predeceased by: his spouse Loretta D. Bowen (Bercham); his parent William H.; and his sibling Richard Bowen. He is survived by: his parent Ella E. Bowen (Carr); his child Charles E. Bowen, Jr.; his wife Tracie of Warwick; his siblings, William H. Bowen, Jr. of Seekonk and Hazel Fluette of West Warwick; his grandchildren, Amanda Seltzer, Sarah Seltzer and Sklya Rose Bowen; and also, Robert Bowen (Kim) of Coventry, Cheryl Seltzer (Robert) of Greenville and Donna Bowen of Coventry.
