She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger L. Perry and Linda E. Perry (Wolf). She is survived by: her children, Joshua, Justin and Nicole Fontaine; her grandchildren, Kaylee, Grayson and Charlotte; and her sister Lori Therrien.
