He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Low and Lillian Low (Chase); and his brother Alfred. He is survived by: his wife Carol M. Low (Nichols); his daughters, Karen Smith (Stephen) of Norwich, CT and Debra A. McGee (Kerry) of Coventry; his grandchildren, Jason, Sean and Briana; his great grandchild Alexis Smith; and his siblings, William Low and Jean McEntee.
