She is survived by: her husband Daniel James Bowden, Sr.; and her children, Daniel Bowden, Brenda Bowden, Shannon Bowden-Ketchersid, Rachel Bancroft, Bob Bancroft, Matthew Bowden and Teresa Padgett. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hope Hospice & Palliative Care of Rhode Island, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904.
