He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Benjamin Clarke Baxter Sr. and Dorothy Baxter (Russo); his wife Barbara; his children, David Baxter of Coventry, Wendy Baxter of Dummerston, VT, Allison Eley (Chad) of Canterbury, NH and Susan Scanlon (Matt) of Scituate; and his siblings, Robert, Richard Baxter of San Diego, CA, Patricia Baxter of Johnston and Gregory.
