He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Gaeta (Himmetsberger); his parents, Roman Gaeta and Maria Zabalza (Guzman); his son Clayton A. Gaeta; and his brother Manuel.
He is survived by: his children, Dorothy A. Confreda (Anthony), Vincent A. Gaeta and Marguerite A. Ouellette (Edward); his grandson David A. Carter Jr.; and his siblings, Ruben Gaeta, Michael Zabalza, Eleanor Alvarado, Eva Rosilles, Rosemary Marshall, Peter, Angelo, Roman and Edward Gaeta.
Interment will be private at the RI Veterans Cemetery. Face masks are required and social distancing will be observed.
