He was predeceased by: his parents, Armand J. Poulin and Ann D. Poulin (DeCesare); and his brother Stephen Poulin. He is survived by: his daughter Melanie LaChapelle-Landry (Steven) of Coventry; his grandson Hunter Marks; and his brother David Poulin. He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
