She is survived by: her children, Susanne M. Costa (Scott DeCastro) of Exeter, Linda A. Spink (Costa) of Exeter and Jeffrey J. Costa of Riverside; her grandchildren, Nicole M. Potter, Ashley L. Cullen and Courtney E. Durocher; and her great grandchild Savannah J. Sullivan.
