She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph I. Johnson; her parents, Clarence E. Crowther and Alice Crowther (McMellon); and her siblings, Claire Major, Nelson Crowther and Barbara Kagen.

She is survived by: her children, Ralph I. Johnson, Jr. (Roberta) of Malta, NY, Ernest K, Johnson of Sterling, CT and Linda L. Capwell (David) of Coventry. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
