She was predeceased by: her spouse William S. Hartley, Sr.; her parent Wilfred Caya; her son Paul LaPorte; her siblings, Wilfred Caya, Lionel Caya, Leo Caya, Charles Caya, George Caya, Robert Caya, Jeannette Golomb and Cecile Imelda; and also Eva Siembab.
She is survived by: her parent Eugenie Caya (Plante); her children, Leo J. Laporte (Mary Jane), Alice F. Butera (Ronald) and Jeanne D. Sitts; her stepson Roland LaPorte; and also, Gus LaPorte and Leo LaPorte. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
