He was predeceased by: his mother Geoffroy J.; and his sister Doris. He is survived by: his wife Eileen M. Benoit (Theroux); his children, Michael J. Benoit of Hope Valley and Patricia L. Howard of DeFuniak Springs, FL; and his siblings, Viola Gagnon of Coventry, Simone, Loretta, Wilbrod, Raymond and Geoffroy Benoit. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
