He was predeceased by: his siblings, Pietro C DiCarlo and Madeline DiCarlo. He is survived by: his significant other Rita Mildred DeVaudreuil; his children, Richard Vincent DiCarlo Jr. and Brenda DiCarlo; his granddaughters, Miss Ashley Pincince and Morgan Rita DiCarlo; and his daughters, Amanda Brown, Megan Brown Nimblet, Danielle Brown, Handsome Man and Finn.
Face Masks and Social Distancing inside the church will be required. Burial in Acote's Hill Cemetery will be private.
