He was predeceased by: his parent William Bailey; and his sister Gail L. Bailey. He is survived by: his parent Stanka Bailey (Toteff); and his brothers, William E. Bailey of Glocester and Calvin C. Bailey of Piedmont, SC. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
