He was predeceased by: his parent Matthew Lemek; and his brothers, Steven Lemek and Robert Lemek. He is survived by: his spouse Maureen Lemek (Miller); his parent Laura Lemek (Woodman) of Chepachet; and his siblings, Richard Lemek (Gail) of Putnam, David Lemek (Deborah) of Burrillville and Viola Robidoux of South Kingston.
