He was predeceased by: his parents, Emilio Arel and Grace Arel (Desrochers); and his stepson Scott Barber. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Arel (Morris); his daughter Susan Comtois (Sue Robidoux) of Smithfield; his stepsons, R. Bradley Barber of Raymond, NH and Joseph Irons of Lincoln; and his granddaughter Kaitlin Comtois. He is also survived by 4 step grandchildren and 5 step great grandchildren.
