He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Sayles and Marion Sayles (Arnold); and his brother Kenneth Sayles. He is survived by: his wife Christine E. Sayles (Carr); his daughters, Michele Ambrose (Chris) of Putnam, CT and Kathryn Sayles (John Hines) of Putnam, CT.; and his sister Brenda Salera.
