Cook of Sterling, CT.; his grandchildren, Jonathan Card, Abigail Cook and Amaya Lynne Cook; and his stepgrandchildren, Joshua Cook, Ashley Cook, Pepe, Jordynn Elizabeth Verdoia, Tyler Joseph Verdoia and Smithfield.
