He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Simon, Mildred Dzwil (Merchant), Stanley and Lucy Janowski (Mikulak); and his uncle Raymond Rickavage.
He is survived by: his siblings, James Dzwil (Maria) of Charlestown, RI, Rachele Torres (Kevin) and Rebecca Dunleavy (Brian) of Farmington, CT; his nephews, Sam Jacob, Sean, Matthew and James; his niece Sarah; his uncle Thomas Janowski; and his aunts, Marge Rinkavage and Chris Chirdon (Steve). He is also survived by five cousins.
