We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2018, at the age of 88, Ward Jean (Charlestown, Rhode Island) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Frederick O. Ward; her parent Alexander Carstairs; and her sibling Ann Quirk. She is survived by: her parent Lillian M. Carstairs (Lannon); and her children, John L. Ward (Carolyn), Kathleen J. O'Grady (Stephen), Noreen A. Sheahan (Casey) and Christine M. Colardo (Robert). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
