She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Oliver H. Stedman and Marjorie Carpenter Stedman; her daughters, Chris Sharkey (Thomas) and Heidi Blacklock (Glenn); and her grandchildren, Patrick (Meghan), Lauren (Wendell), Brian (Lauren), Nate and Jake. She was also cherished by her six great-grandchildren.
She was a music and animal lover and donated often to charities that supported animals and children.
